Today is 3rd December 2011.  There was an AMMA ExCo meeting in KL in the morning, but I was not able to go as I had this back problem and was not able to travel.  Had to miss out on this meeting. In the evening the Hare Krishna Rathayatra was on at the Dewan Convention TTS.  This is the 10th Ratha Yatra to be held in Sg Siput.  I was the Chairman for the 1st three RathaYatras.  A wonderful opportunity to serve Lord Krishna, although I am not active in the Hare Krishna movement.

It's already 4 months plus since we arrived in Bristol, UK.  Eleanor our granddaughter celebrated her 1st birthday on 16th March and now she's already walking (running?!!!) about and things are no longer safe!!! She is reaching out for everything within reach.  And she watches the CBEEBIES programme on TV. While we were here in UK a lot of things have happened in Malaysia - ah, yes I must remember NOT to wear yellow. Oh but then as a Malayalee yellow is our favourite colour and almost all our traditional clothes are in that colour.  Oh what should I do then? Our tickets on AirAsia have been booked for the 10th August.  We are already feeling sad that we have to leave behind our granddaughter, daughter, son-in-law and all the new friends.  But at the same time, we are also happy that we can go home to our own home.  Life sucks sometimes, but then what to do?

We have already bought the tickets to UK.  We will be going on 12th March and will be away for nearly 5 months this time. Once again the weather will be cold when we land at Stanstead Airport (we are going by AirAsia).  Hopefully the bus will be waiting for us! Eagerly looking forward to the trip and to see our daughter, granddaughter, son-in-law and all the others whom we met during our last visit in 2010
