Religion
I am a practising Hindu and proud to be one. I don't go around promoting my beliefs or customs but if someone disrespects my beliefs then I have the right to defend myself. Which I will do vehemently. No one on Earth or elsewhere can force me to change my beliefs. And for that matter, there is only ONE God or Higher Spirit or whatever you wish to call the Almighty. Hinduism does NOT teach you that there are many gods. Just like a human being undergoes 3 stages ie birth, existence and death we Hindus call these Brahma the Creator, Vishnu the Protector and Shiva the Destroyer. And just like our one body which has a head, ears, eyes, nose, mouth etc named according to the functions that the body requires, we Hindus also name the Supreme according to our needs ie one for protection etc etc So please don't misunderstand our religion and our beliefs.
